Surrounded by historic Queen Anne & grand Californian Bungalow style homes, 223 Iris grounds itself through a series of chamfered brick columns. Textural, genuine and enduring, smoke grey clay masonry defines the 18 spacious residences. Warm and subtle, the interior design is connected to the architecture by classic, clean lines, and bold vertical elements.
