Located in Melbourne's north, the project consists of 14 apartments across five storeys, the proposal uses a language of cutouts to allow for greater access to natural light and mindfully planned outdoor spaces, ensuring privacy and manageable maintenance. The light and clean facade takes cues from the geometry of neighbouring homes, but is stripped of their ornamentation.
