Local boutique bar/restaurant owners and brothers Nicholas and Thomas Welch came to Telha Clarke searching for a fitout design that captures a true local Mezcaleria vibe for the agave and Latin American enthusiast.

Casa N.O.M champions the spirits of Latin America with an emphasis and celebration on the integrity of Mezcal, along with an amazing diversity of spirits from Mexico and Latin America. This complimented with a food menu of classic and tradition dishes inspired by the culture and flavours of the Americas.

The overall design emphasis is on materials as decoration. The finishes selected represent this coherence through materiality.
