Located within the heart of Fitzroy, Fitz & Kerr consists of 23 apartments. The interiors explore the intersection and layering of the Fitzroy context, architectural design and interior expression to create a connected and considered outcome.

The interiors evoke reminiscent materiality and recontextualise familiarity with an elevated level of finish, integrating subtle cues from the architectural expression.
