A reinvigoration of an iconic St Kilda venue compromising of a series of dining, bar and function offerings across multiple levels.

The overall vision circulates around the exploration of performative dining experiences nestled within a collection of considered social environments. Emphasis on the highly textural elements of the existing building character and the relationship between the raw and refined create an encompassing sensory experience.
