Taking cues from architectural elements of past Victorian and Art Deco design and reinterpreting them in a contemporary manner, No. 1 Studley Park is a series of refined homes that capitalise on the site’s unique treetop perspective of Melbourne. Importance was placed on light and aspect, with carefully considered glazing and full-height windows wherever there was an outlook, making these homes easy and uplifting to reside in. The pallet of bricks running along the ground floor and the white painted texture of brickwork on the lower levels provides a depth to the façade usually seen in single residential design.
