"Creating a palette of materials to complement the context and architectural elements responding to the climate."
The Clubhouse is at the centre of the community and designed to be split into two buildings, one for wellness and the other for leisure. Both pavilions are surrounded by and connected to a heap of outdoor activity to choose from, including bowling and putting green, pickle ball court, community gardens and even a dog park. Pools, bars, and cinemas are also featured offering opportunities lifestyle and leisure.
Adopting a linear floor plan arrangement that frames outward views, a central spine punctures and connects both building forms to a perimeter decking, enhancing engagement with indoor and outdoor communal spaces. Verandahs wrap around the buildings’ perimeter to provide shade in the summer months and sun penetration in the winter months, simultaneously drawing nature inwards. Primary entry points are highlighted with stone touch points to create a sense of arrival and grounded entry sequence.
