Greville House
Nestled within the vibrant Greville Street precinct, Telha Clarke undertook a sensitive restoration of a heritage building, carefully preserving and repairing its original architectural features while thoughtfully incorporating new additions that reflect the vibrant character and personality of our clients.
"A vibrant and lively location reflected by the playful and varied Design."
The approach aimed to honour the building’s rich history while infusing it with a timeless, contemporary identity. An entry sequence of grandeur, with extensive landscaping frames the Victorian facade and offers privacy from the lively Greville Street.
The design includes an abundance of spaces for entertaining, where classic detailing is blended with contemporary concepts. The balance of old and new creates a space that feels both nostalgic and contemporary, while remaining true to the original architectural identity. Bathed in natural light, the Victorian bay window provides the perfect spot for casual dining.
Located at the rear of the home, the former stables have been converted into a private guest house. Steel framed windows offer expansive views across the central outdoor courtyard.
A home for entertaining, each room is enhanced with bold artwork and eclectic furniture that captures the personality of our wonderful clients so perfectly.
