Hurstmon
Located in a leafy Malvern East location, Hurstmon consists of 39 residences. The design is deliberately restrained, allowing the rammed earth blades to hero the design.

"A first for the use of rammed earth in the Multi-Residential typology."
Flanked by a four-storey commercial building on one side, and brick double storey dwellings to the other, the architecture graduates this otherwise harsh transition through rhythmic vertical features and warm textural materials.
Sanctuary living sits at the core of the Hurstmon concept, with exploration into honest materials that exude longevity and enduring quality. Each residence has thoughtful spatial planning to prioritise daily functionality and connection to landscape.
"Distinctly reflecting the area to ensure the scheme sits comfortably in the context of single homes."
Balancing boldness with warmth while intuitively integrating into the surrounding leafy landscape, Hurstmon takes pride in being one of the only multi-residential buildings in Australia that features rammed earth. The inclusion of rammed earth, which is traditionally utilised for bespoke projects, confidently contributes to a residentially scaled ambience.
