Italian Club Apartments
Defined by its grand verdant design, this 15 storey development on Wyandra Street integrates nature and architecture with purpose. The project cohesively designs for sustainability, wellness and community.
Facade sharply responds to angled aspects towards the city and river with an intensively landscaped podium.
At its core is a 15m high green wall podium, planted with 12,000 plants designed to soften the streetscape and equally for performance. The podium planting has been designed to capture 29.9 tons of carbon dioxide and produce over 3.1 million litres of oxygen annually.
The building is anchored in a wellness focussed philosophy, offering residents a varied amenity including generous apartments, retail and extensive communal facilities with a keen focus on wellness and facilitating an active lifestyle.
On the rooftop, olympic dedicated swimming lanes are planned and oriented for all day sun. A series of open areas cater for full sun, pergola shading and a sub tropical shade canopy. A lush perimeter of subtropical planting completes the rooftop, creating an oasis with city skyline views.
