Inspired by Le Corbusier's Dom-ino House to maximise layout flexibility.
Responding to the local context, the architectural facade treatment provides a strong sense of address with a residentially scaled rhythm to the street interface, with feature hand-rendered columns puncturing the slab edge.
Influenced by modernist ideas, external rows of round columns creating moments of verticality and low brick banding allow the exteriors to feel like an extension of interior living zones, all softened by the surrounding lush landscaping.
The interior expression heroes high end finishes with sculptural forms. Each home has been carefully crafted to include all the amenity of a house within each residence.
With special consideration into all appliances, fixtures, materials and spatial configuration, Loller Street Residences exude enduring quality. Polished chrome columns internally designed by Mim Design echo honest materiality and modernist sensibility.
